Returns & Cancellations Policy

Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once your order has been marked as shipped in our system, cancellations are no longer possible.

To cancel an order, please log in to your customer account at https://shopify.com/58981679244/account and submit a cancellation request through your order history.


Returns — EU Customers

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 daysof receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please initiate a return request through your customer account at https://shopify.com/58981679244/account. While not required, we appreciate a brief note explaining the reason — this helps us improve.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

You will receive a full refund, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the items back.

Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, or to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery.


Returns — Switzerland & Rest of World

We accept returns only for items that are damaged on arrival or significantly different from their description. To request a return, please contact us by email at hello@superdot.studio with a description of the issue and photos where applicable. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
