Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Our Shipping costs are higher as we always send with a tracking number. Feel free to approach us and get the tracking number.

During holidays and holidays seasons the delivery times can be longer due to a high volume or a closed studio.

We deliver worldwide: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Südquaistrasse 14, 4057 in Basel Switzerland. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business days. Please send us a mail when you are ready to come and pick up the package in our studio.

Our in-store pickup in our studio hours are 10am to 5pm workdays.
